• Run from Pen y Pass to Nant route split – Up to Pen y Gwryd – Over Moel Siabod – down to Dolwyddelan – Up over Y Ro Wen – Down into Blaenau Ffestiniog – Finish in Blaenau Ffestiniog

• 30km – 1405m of ascent
