To commemorate 11 years of OSCAR's Paediatric Brain Tumour Charity, take part in this iconic lakeland path challenge - The Ullswater Way! You'll be treated to stunning views of the Lakeland fells as you travel around the famous body of Ullswater. We have a full marathon distance challenge walk, for those 11+ and a half marathon distance, suitable for those who prefer a slightly shorter distance and younger legs (calling all of you under 11s!).
For the half marathon we'll be using the brilliant Ullswater Steamers for a short trip across the water to join up with the full marathon distance challengers! Then both distances will hopefully finish the event as one, crossing the line together!

OSCAR's provides ongoing support and care for children with brain tumours and their families, raises awareness of signs and symptoms and funds research into this dreadful disease.  As part of the challenge, the charity is simply asking you to try to raise at least £200 per person - then the £20,000 fundraising target for the event can be reached.
