We are here to support individuals and communities to a better understanding of good mental health, enabling people to think, feel and react in the ways that they need and want to live their life.

We want to be able to help as many as possible because mental health issues affect us all. Whether it’s you, someone in your family, a friend or a colleague, a neighbour or a classmate, the impact can be really hard to manage. Conwy Mind is here to offer support when it’s needed, in your local area.
